Baptism Class Registration Form

Thank you for making the decision to have your child Baptized at St. Jude the Apostle Cathedral! Please fill out the registration form to register for the next upcoming Baptism Class. Baptism classes are on the first Sunday of every month after the 9:30am Mass, in the Parish Office Conference Room unless otherwise posted. Please remember to bring with you to the class:

a copy of your child’s birth certificate
an idea of who you would like as Godparent(s) for your child
any questions about the Sacrament of Baptism or the Baptism process
