Holy Communion is one of the three Sacraments of Initiation. Eucharist means thanksgiving. We believe Christ’s body and blood are truly present in the consecrated host and wine. With profound thanksgiving, we consume the Body and Blood of Christ and remember the sacrifice He made for our sins. The Eucharist nourishes us spiritually, providing food for our faith journey.
